• Topical anaesthetic and infiltration of anaesthetic will be provided if
  needed for selective teeth

• Revised pocket charting

• Gentle thorough ultrasonic cleaning to remove plaque, tartar and stain

• Oral hygiene review

• Habit cessation review

• Post treatment topical desensitizing varnish applied to teeth where necessary

• Insurance form completion
